- Application for Residence only can be made after a student has registered for a program to study in Management& Science University.
- Application form must be completed in full to facilitate accurate processing.
- Rooms are allocated based on The Residence Management allocation policy.
- Rental rates may be subject to change without prior notice. Any other charges including but not limited to utilities, if so applicable, shall be imposed at descretion of The Residence Management.
- Applicant is required to pay a deposit of RM 2500 and process fee of RM 500 when submitting the application form. Take note that unless officially notified by The Residence Management, this payment of deposit and process fee does not guarantee confirmation of room type at selected location.
- Deposit is refundable only if applicant cancels the room reservation with a written notice, minimum one (1) month before PROGRAME COMMENCEMENT DATE.
- Upon confirmation of the availability of rooms, applicant is required to pay the balance of all sums due not later than two (2) weeks prior to check-in, failing which the reservation would be deemed cancelled and the deposit paid shall be forfeited.
- Failure to check-in after PROGRAMME COMMENCEMENT DATE will result in forfeiture of all payments made and immediate release of room booked without further notice.
- Reservation made is not transferable.
- Applicant is required to sign one year tenancy agreement.
- All refundable amount under the conditions herein shall be claimed by the student or the student's parent/ guardian/ sponsor within one (1) year from the check-out date. Any claims thereafter shall not be entertained.
- The Management reserves the right to change/ amend any of the conditions stated where deemed necessary.
- Based on check-in date, the following shall apply : - From 1st to 15th of the month - full month rental - From 16th to 31st of the month - half month rental.
